Download uncompressed coordinate file in PDB format from the PDB - noddy style instructions!
- Access the PDB : and search by PDBcode id
- From the protein page use the Download/Display File link on the LH side
- In the Download the Structure File section click file X with options (compression none : file format PDB)
- Select save to disk option
- A single pdb file should now be saved on your desktop
