I should firstly say thanks to my employer - the University of Sussex, and more especially the School of Biological Sciences - for my access to the internet. I am in charge of the EM (electron microscope) and FACS (fluorescence-activated cell sorter) Lab here. We have recently acquired a new TEM (transmission EM), SEM (scanning EM) and FACS so the facilities within the lab at present are extremely good. As this is a Central Service Facility for the School I get involved in a wide variety of research projects.
